Hot, Humid and No Rain
It is uncomfortable for all people. In Air Conditioning, We call it 'uncomfortable weather conditions'. Thats why we have air conditioning systems installed in offices, schools, banks and all that. In the beginning of the air conditioning era around 1900s, it is just simple called air conditioning, however in later times the subject had added features of humidification, dehumidification, ventilation (inside tunnels and UG places like in mines especially), heating (especially in cold areas). AC, then HVAC, MVAC, basically the same thing, comfort systems for human. Refrigeration systems like coolers are essential for food protection such as drinks, meat and vegetables in tropical zones and in cold zones these days, outdoors and indoors. I have been to rural places such as villages and small towns during my free times recently, they are still not using coolers that are being utilized in city convenient stores, sushi grade meat counters and in modern supermarkets. They keep food and vegetables for days without protection, this kind of unhealthy tradition/habit is calling for food borne diseases such as e coli, salmonella, and other (still not) unidentified potential disasters in the future or may be now. Coolers has to be used in restaurants kitchens for protecting food (to be cooked later) in certain temperatures. Normally, restaurants get 2 deliveries of fresh food (meat+vegetables) per week from refrigerated trucks. To be brief, after learning food protection systems and food borne diseases, I recommend cooking is best after you learn food protection, clean/healthy cooking methods (e.g.. you wash your hands like operating surgeons, wash utensils every time after you use it, e.g. after you chop onions, wash utensils thoroughly, to prepare garlic, then you wash again all utensils used in preparing garlic to make it ready for future use, this kind of stuff, and watch/maintain designated temperatures inside of your food storage and sanitation of your storage for your vegetables/meat freshness), and lastly, it is very important to keep the cleanliness of your kitchen all the time
Note: After observing food shops, food shops employees and provisions for facilities sanitation, there are numerous material needs, educational needs for safe healthy food eating for the benefits of people and future generations
